All funds deposited into your 3jbet account must be your own, lawfully obtained money. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using funds derived from unlawful activity, is strictly forbidden.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. These are published alongside each offer. Misuse of promotions may result in cancellation of bonuses and related winnings.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage abuse and any form of fraudulent activity are prohibited. Accounts found in breach of these rules will be suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, to register an Account or place any Bet. Being 18 years of age does not, by itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction where gambling is restricted.
You represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. If you are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, you are not permitted to use the Platform. It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful. 3jbet accepts no liability for use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited.
You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that you are not subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by 3jbet or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
To open an Account, you must complete the registration process on the Platform, providing accurate, current and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details required. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 3jbet reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any open Bets and withhold or return any Balance pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 3jbet immediately via the support channel if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
3jbet may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, after a specified deposit threshold, or where required by compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in delays to withdrawal processing or suspension of your Account pending resolution.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and withdrawal of available Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds not yet meeting applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
All funds deposited into your Account must be your own, lawfully obtained money. 3jbet does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Accounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where applicable.
Payment method references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed on the Platform as familiar Pakistani payment references only. These providers do not endorse, support or affiliate with gambling activities on 3jbet.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same method used for deposit where technically possible. 3jbet reserves the right to require satisfactory KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any compliance checks required.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a genuine deposit to your Account is a breach of these Terms. 3jbet reserves the right to suspend your Account and seek recovery of any reversed amounts, together with any associated costs, through appropriate legal or collections channels.
All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. By placing a Bet, you accept those rules in full. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a Bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by you.
3jbet reserves the right to decline, void or restrict any Bet at its sole discretion, including where it believes a Bet has been placed in breach of these Terms, where an error in odds has occurred, or where integrity concerns are identified. Notification of declined or voided Bets will be communicated to your Account.
Where an obvious error in odds, market result or settlement is identified — including typographical errors, system errors or data feed failures — 3jbet reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to your Account. This applies regardless of whether Bets have been settled initially.
Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are subject to cricket-specific betting rules published on the Platform. Users should review applicable rules before placing Bets on any specific market.
In-play or live Bets are accepted subject to the Platform confirming the Bet prior to the relevant event outcome occurring. 3jbet accepts no liability for connectivity issues, delays or other technical problems affecting live Bet placement.
Bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are available subject to specific eligibility criteria and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. Eligibility conditions may include minimum deposit amounts (denominated in PKR), qualifying game types and opt-in requirements.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. Wagering requirements, qualifying games and any time limits applicable to each bonus are detailed in the offer terms.
3jbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void related winnings and suspend Accounts where promotional abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: claiming offers using multiple Accounts, structured low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value, or any other conduct inconsistent with good-faith participation.
3jbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred in respect of accepted offers prior to modification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 3jbet.
3jbet collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process, including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication support and access controls. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

3jbet makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access. 3jbet accepts no liability for loss of winnings, missed opportunities or other loss arising from Platform downtime or technical failure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3jbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3jbet shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gambling involves risk. All Bets are placed voluntarily. 3jbet accepts no liability for gambling losses sustained through use of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling may result in a loss of deposited funds and that no guarantee of winnings is provided or implied.
3jbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.5.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3jbet is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction. You retain any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
For Pakistani users: Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for compliance with local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
